There are better places to go in Chicago for German food but you cant beat the Brauhaus for fun, cheesey, hoaky atmosphere and overall fun. The band is light and fun and I have always had a great time. The food is only average but the kitchen is spotless.

Wine very good, bread basket outstanding, food overcooked and
generally tasteless. Ripchen was
dried out to the point of being
tasteless. Fried potatoes were
fried beyond eating they were so dry. As far as I was concerned it
was a bad experience which I shall
not repeat.
