High Falls Restaurant Guide

A horrible experience. Took my daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons out for dinner. My grandsons ordered off of the children's menu, pasta with meat sauce. When the meals came for them, the meat sauce was filled with cheese. My grandsons cannot eat meat with cheese on it, so I asked the waitress to return the meals to the kitchen and bring pasta with meat sauce and no cheese. I offered to pay for all four dishes, even though the menu listing for this dish did not mention cheese at all. After waiting 45 minutes, and after the adults had finished their meals, I asked the waitress when the boys' replacement meals would be coming. She said that the chef informed her that he had too many dishes to make, and had no time for replacement meals. Of course, when the check came I was charged $20.00 for these two uneaten meals. Of course, my grandsons were very hungry, and we were all astounded at the gross ineptitude and rudeness of the staff. Never again will I enter this restaurant again, and will warn as many people as I can against going there. What a nightmare.
