About Central BBQ
Owners Roger Sapp and Craig Blondis are restaurant veterans and longtime participants in the Memphis in May International World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest.
We opened the original Central BBQ in April of 2002 and have been building a name since. Stop by our Summer Avenue location for the best ribs and BBQ in Memphis. While you're at it get some of our award winning Memphis wings or try our mouthwatering BBQ nachos. If you're still hungry, for dessert we've got great homemade cheesecake and peanut butter pie.
We are now proud to be an official "green restaurant" using biodegradable packaging, we recycle, we composte, we use environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and much more!
