Kintnersville Restaurant Guide

What a great dinner! Two friends and I dined at the Cascade Lodge in Kintnersville, Pennsylvania on Tuesday night, January 15, 2008. We had a perfect experience. Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Apps were excellent, crab bisque divine, fresh Caesar salad prepared tableside.....yum. Scallop dinner was raved about by my two friends. I had the Turkey Wellington which was cooked perfectly with a delicious crispy crust around the edges. Dessert for me was pecan apple pie served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. It was fabulous. The other two desserts were a chocolate torte that my friend absolutely adored and I'm not sure of the name of the other dessert but it was something similar to a crème Brule and that was also devoured with enthusiasm. If you have been considering going here for dinner, don't think about it any longer. Just DO IT! It was 5 star good!
