We stopped in to place and order and asked for it to be delivered; they told me it would take 35-45 minutes and it ended up being over an hour - with no apology or seemingly any awareness of the lateness. The food was luke-warm and the delivery guy looked like he was on drugs. I'd shy away from this place in the future.

Carluccis express is a poor shadow of its around the corner resturant brother. The biggest problem is the owner/manager looks and acts like he could care less. Never listens to your feedback and get indignant. The food is either hit of miss - you will get the best take out of your life one day and just fair the next. They need consistency. One thing I can always say is great is their Sicillian pizza, one thing always terrible - their french fries, always under cooked. Their prices are higher than the surrounding pizza shops (hint: I always compare the prices of mozzerella sticks in these reviews to compare).

We enjoy their food, but we will never order delivery from them again. Once, they took almost two hours to deliver our Pizza. Another time they took an hour and a half. This last time, they brought the completely wrong pizza. We called to caomplain and the manager said we should order from somewhere else. We will never order from them again.
