Café Firenze's perfect location serves local Moorpark, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Ventura and other nearby communities. The newly reopened Café Firenze will dazzle under the hands of Viviani and Falleni, who are truly masters at the art of hospitality.
Fabio became a household name as a contestant on the Bravo series "Top Chef", winning the coveted 'Fan Favorite' title for Season 5. Since his television debut as the stand-out star on Top Chef Season 5 and the popularity of his new cookbook, Café Firenze Cookbook, co-authored with Jacopo Falleni, Chef Fabio Viviani's celebrity has skyrocketed.
Jacopo Falleni has achieved his own brand of celebrity with 'Café Firenze Cookbook, personal appearances on major television shows and events nationwide and his very own new television show now in negotiations. Look for Jacopo Falleni, Master Mixologist on television in late spring, 2011.
