I went to Cafe Eccell to celebrate my Graduation with my family. 6 people ordered seafood dishes. When they were brought out to us everything was cold! We sent it back and the manager came by, made excuses and then said" Ahi Tuna cooked rare will be cool on the inside", no kidding! That made us feel belittled and stupid, we knew that! This was all unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. Then the food is brought back out and it is the same food reheated! Again we send it back and 3 people order different dishes because they are fed-up. Again the manager makes excuses, they are busy, again, unacceptable for this restaurant! The head manager gets involved now and had no intentions of fixing the mistake and only wanted to offer a card for a free appetizer for next time. In the end, which felt like pulling teeth, 2 bottles of wine and only 25% of the bill was discounted. They RUINED MY GRADUATION!!
