I have been living in Waterloo for almost 10 years, am lactose intollerant and eat at BK occasionally because it is the only fast food place in town. They have NEVER given me exactly what I order which is ALWAYS the same (#6 no mayo & side salad with FRENCH dressing & barbeque sauce to replace the no mayo). They consistently short me the barbeque sauce (not including it). They regularly include Ranch instead of FRENCH and I ALWAYS have to ask for my drink after they hand me the bag with the faulty order it. I have never left there happy. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO EAT AND IF THEY THINK THIS ORDER IS DIFFICULT MAYBE THEY SHOULD NOT BE THE SERVICE INDUSTRY BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE SEVERELY SUCKS
