Dingy, dark, odd smell.
Lousy service. Server seemed annoyed when we got there. She had to stop chatting with 2 other workers behind the bar.
Food bland, cold and small portions. Fish dried out. Steak, ordered medium rare was almost well done.
As much as I like to see a small business do well, maybe a change in management is just what this place needs.
