a diner from St. Joseph, MI
On our first visit my husband ordered the tuna, which he thought was well-presented, but didn't have a lot of flavor. My entree was a salmon filet which I asked to have cooked medium-well, b/c as I explained to the waiter, I'm pregnant. He brought it out rare. I had it sent back and he brought it out again medium-rare. I couldn't eat it and he was apologetic and sent a manager over to also apologize. They took my entree off the bill. The service was good, but there was no excuse to not have my preferences met in a well-known fish restaurant, such as this one. We've eaten at Bonefish several times on the east coast and always had great experiences. Hopefully S. Bend Bonefish will get it together.
