Bonanza provides very convenient dining, as it's located inside the Crossroads Mall. The salad bar typically has pizza, spaghetti, mac and cheese, several types of meat, vegetables, chicken, soups, burritos and more. You can also order a dinner that comes with the salad bar for just a bit more. They have a fresh bread and dessert bar, plus ice cream, and free drink refills for everything but milk. Service has always been good for us, and it's not usually too busy. Pictures of Fort Dodge in the 1800s line the walls which adds a bit to the atmosphere.
