"Blondes have fun cooking up new bistro" stated the Grants Pass Daily Courier in a story featuring the new bistro owned by Bobbi Best and Jill Dini. They met over dogs, (but that's a whole different story). It was their interest and experience in the restaurant business which led them to create Blondies'. And an artful creation it is! Diners entering the restaurant will find a warm contemporary look with Mediterranean tones and murals. But it's the food that brings diners back to the bistro. Blondies' also offers a full bar with specialty drinks like the Habanero Passion Fruit Martini and many local Oregon wines.
