I have been to another BBD in the past and was exceptionally pleased.
This particular location was very disappointing.The service was less than poor.There was a hair in my sisters' food and the management just shrugged and basically accused her of "planting the hair" more or less. I would never recommend nor would I ever step foot in this particular Black Bear again. My rating is F-.

SLOWEST DRIVE THREW IN TOWM MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AT LEAST 20 MIN. THERE WILL BE 3-4 CARS AHEAD OF YOU AT ALL TIMES. DURING LUNCH YOU CAN COUNT ON 6-7.
IF YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD GO TO SUBWAY AND HAVE AGOOD SANDWITCH!

Fabulous sandwiches, fast service and very clean. Very healthy oriented. I actually lose weight eating here. Low fat and low calories. Vegetables in the sandwich are fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.
