I went to Bill's Cafe in Porter TX. on a Saturday afternoon with a group of six other people including a woman who was celebrating her seventieth birthday. She asked the waitress if they could chop up the pieces of sliced beef on a sliced beef sandwiches because she was afraid she might not be able to chew the meat if they didn't. They do not have chopped beef sandwiches on the menu. The waitress said she didn't think so because "he doesn't usually do things like that". Our friend explained the situation to the lady and went off to the back. The waitress came back and said that no, they couldn't do that. I was floored. She ended up eating a chicken salad sandwich. The rest of us ordered hamburgers. I also asked for two different orders of appetizers to share with the rest but was told they were out of those items. When the food came which didn't seem too long I noticed there was very little mayonnaise on my burger which was very large and so I asked for some more. The lady brought me a 1 ounce cup with about a 1/4 ounce of mayo in it. I put it on half of my burger and brought the other half home, put some mayo on it and finished it.
I will say the food overall was very good and the waitress was pleasant but the attitude from the kitchen was appalling.
I don't think anyone in our group will ever go back to this place again.

We order from Bill's at least once a week here at our office. They have the most amazing hamburgers (old fashioned) with great homemade fries!!

All I wanted to have was some chicken fingers how hard is that I was overcharged on my order my food was over cooked if you see this Dennys just keep driving by. Don't stop.
