Brisket is good. Sometimes good live music. Good service. Good beer selection.
Unfortunately I was served cold ribs several times. They were obviously pre cooked and microwaved to warm up and were not hot to the bone. Side dishe of greens was terrble. Corn bread seems to be package not "home made".

Overall, lunch at Soapy Smith is so so. I went off the recommendation with the crab cake burger, it was on the overwell side. The price for lunch is more than other local restaurant. The server is friendly and sarcastic.

We went to Zydeco Way Cafe for the first time today for lunch. LaVaDa is warm and welcoming. They don't accept credit cards yet. We ordered the Etouffee and Shrimp Jambalaya. Both are delicious with huge portions. W
