We went to Zydeco Way Cafe for the first time today for lunch. LaVaDa is warm and welcoming. They don't accept credit cards yet. We ordered the Etouffee and Shrimp Jambalaya. Both are delicious with huge portions. We asked for seconds on the cornbread, it was awesome. This is a cute little hole-in-the-wall type restaurant that is a little out of the way, but worth it to check it out. Prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food.
Awesome bulgogi. House fried rice is the bomb. Chicken soup is amazing. Service with a smile. Open until midnight Monday through Saturday. Plenty of Parking in the back.
Check out Ichiban Inn Bed and Breakfast next door. A renovated historic log-cab

Nice, cozy and romantic environment. It is expensive and maybe not quite worth all of it both the service was excellent. I ordered the Lamb Chops which were kind of tiny for the $32 and the potatoes kind of sour but I would definitely visit it again
