First time at the new Berts. Ambiance was nice, fireplace lit on a cold night; I only suggest turning main dining room lights down just a little bit to let the candle light be more effective. Food was fantastic; cooked and presented perfectly; portions just enough. Salad and chips before entree were a pleasant welcome touch. I LOVED the wine glasses. Generous pour which is wonderful!! Menu choices were plentiful. Chocolate cake for dessert was not the best ever but still good. Gave 4 stars for service only because waitress took too long to come back after serving meal to check in. Looking forward to dining there again and also trying the brunch which I miss from the old Berts Cove restaurant.
