I have been to Bertani Ranch twice. Both experiences were sub-par. The meat was not very good, and not cooked to order (my date and I both ordered medium rare and got it medium well). The salad bar was disappointing and not very clean. We decided to split a creme brule and it was horrible. Tasted like it had sat out for hours.

I enjoyed the restaurant. Nice bar to start. Moved in to the main area and the service was their right away. Dinner rolls to die for. They are the best. Loved the Salad weg. Steak just melted in my mouth.
