This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in placing an order over the phone. We placed our original order at 6pm. It was delivered 45 minutes later. It was wrong. We called the restaurant and asked for the food to be corrected. They stated they would send out a new correct order right away. At 7:45pm the delivery still had not come. We called again. The person who answered the phone did not know who had stated they would place the second order and thus NO order had been prepared and sent out. Then while this person proceeded to check on the order he hung up on me. Then after I called back yet for the 3rd time for the evening I asked for a manager and he stated that there was not a manager on duty and to call back tomorrow. I stated I wanted a refund and they said that only a manager could do it. That I should follow-up with “Johnny’s boss” tomorrow as there was no manager available tonight. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been given - this in the day when most companies are going under….shouldn’t customer service be given first?
