This is a wonderful hidden jewel in the Fort Worth dining scene. Order from the specials menu: Buffalo, antelope, emu, elk, baby salmon, baseball size filets.(I prefer the antelope,it's amazing) The chef really knows his stuff, but somewhat reserved about making appearances. Great apps and desserts. Wine list is one of the best in town, lots of Italian and S. American: $20-$1000+
