Beamie's at The River is a excellent place to eat seafood. Try the blick eyed pead gumbo it is the best we have ever eaten.Service is great, we eat there 3 to 4 times a month.

Beamies is a bar and grill that has an abundant seafood menu in addition to sandwiches burgers and steaks. We liked the funky casual atmosphere and found the staff to be friendly. Every one in our party (12)enjoyed the meal I had the crab cakes and they were A+

I like this restaurant the atmosphere is not really intended for children, but for singles or couples it is a great place to go for a good time and great food. Love their hushpuppies and the drinks are great.

All of the waitresses were trashy, and the bartender was stuck up. She spent the entire night looking in the mirror. I will not go back.

Food and ambiance was great - make sure to try the soft shell crab - delicious - this restaurant is much more like a sports bar then a true sit down restaurant establishment so I would unfortunately not recommend it if you have young children...we had a lot of fun.

Denny's quality at expense account prices! All the authentic ambience of an airport restaurant. One of the worst meals we've ever had. Be afraid! Be VERY afraid!!!
