About BD's Mongolian Barbeque
Our "You Rule the Experience" philosophy gives guests ownership in choosing their own ingredients from a great variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, salads, sauces and spices. The food is then prepared by master grillers on a 600° 7-foot grill.
Founder Billy Downs (bd), opened his first restaurant in Royal Oak/Detroit, Michigan in September 1992. Billy developed a unique approach to the interactive dining experience and strong brand loyalty before selling the company in 2008. As current owners of bd's Mongolian Grill, Mongolian Operating Company, LLC plans to continue the tradition and culture of bd's Mongolian Grill while expanding both at the corporate and franchise level.

I had Easter Brunch here yesterday and it was fabulous. The staff is extremely accomodating. The buffet had a lot to choose from, everything was hot and tasted great! Bravo!
