The fried catfish is what keeps me coming back, over and over again. Other great menu items: shrimp, oysters, and the chinese shrimp fried rice. I love the food, the price is excellent for the amount of food and the taste. However it is not necessarily a date place because it looks kind of shabby. Another thing I dont like is the large tub of ketchup and tarter sauce that stays on the table for every customer. I dont think it is very sanitary or healthy, so I always request ketchup and tarter sauce packets instead. However it is definitely a family resturant. All of the locations have large screen televisions that show the sports and news in Houston.
The service SUCKS===BIG TIME. So dont go expecting to get Pappadeux service.

i can not review this restaurant as i will never eat there. to set a manditory gratuity is uncalled for. if a customer does not feel their service warrants a certain percentage they sould have the opportunity to address the issue with management.
