About Baur's Ristorante
What began as a catering business in the late 1800's has become one of the longest operating restaurants in Colorado. Started as a bakery, catering and confection house at 16th and Lawrence by a couple of guys, then moved to the current location by Otto Baur (one of the partners). A well-known ice cream parlor, Baur's in 1918, added a restaurant that was to become a premier destination for business and social lunch gatherings.

I had Easter Brunch here yesterday and it was fabulous. The staff is extremely accomodating. The buffet had a lot to choose from, everything was hot and tasted great! Bravo!
