On November 3, 2007 my son and I decided to go to Baskin Robbins at 4350 Highway 22 #G Mandeville, La 70470 and have Ice cream after lunch. We come to this Baskin Robbins once to twice a week because it is his favorite. I get Oreo Mocha in a nut covered chocolate cone and he gets the Creole Cream Cheese in a Sprinkle cone. Within one minute after we get our cones his kid’s scoop of ice cream falls off on to the floor. I ask Patrick, the only worker here, if he could pleas put another kids scoop on his cone (the cone was fine). He said "NO." I said, "excuse me what did you say?" He said, "I said NO." I said "are you serious or joking?" He said, "this happens at least four to five times a day and my manager Cheryl doesn't allow me to replace accidents, you have to buy another scoop." I did not want my son to go without of his afternoon snack since I have mine; therefore I reach into my purse and get out two dollars. He then tries to overcharge me for a kids scoop. I then correct him and ask for the managers phone number. I paid cash and did not receive receipts for any of the items (I would estimate I spent between eight to nine dollars for ice cream on this day). I have called Cheryl twice at phone number 985-xxx-xxxx and left messages and I have talked to this manager as of November 4, 2007 at 7 am.
I assume the customer is not always right at Baskin Robbins.
Awesome restaurant, great food, wonderful people, fun time! The first time we went, the owners introduced themselves to us and made us feel at home. Everything we have eaten there is excellent. Pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, etc. - always great. And

"The North Shore really needed a place like this" are the first words that came out of my mouth. It's a super nice bar with very good tapas-style food. Huge bar area, comfy and cozy couch seating. Wine, mixed drinks, beer, food. In a neat atmosphere
