Baskin Robbins-Dunkin Donuts

I stood in line and ordered a latte and doughnut on 6/3/2011. they told me to go to the other counter to pick up my order, so i did so. I stood at that counter for over ten minutes when I had a meeting to go to. I stood there and watched every person that was in line behind me receive their order before me. As my impatience showed on my face, someone finally asked what I was waiting for, they said, "Oh, we forgot." and didn't even apologize for their horrible service and along with that they took their time making it; there were less than 8 customers in the store, it really shouldn't have taken that long to give me my latte and doughnut. When they did give it to me, they disregarded the fact that I waited so long band didn't even apologize. I'm NOT one to ever complain about service because I try to see the good in all people, and most people apologize, but this Dunkin Doughnuts seemed so incredibly nonchalant, which did upset me greatly.
