  what a disappointment--foor only fair and very expensive. but this IS St. Joseph, so the locals think it's great because they most likely have not had authentic good chinese food. I would pass. Even Panda Express is

  FANTASTIC FOOD. COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED FLAVOR TO THE STEAK AND CHICKEN. QUALITY ID EXPECT FROM A KANSAS CITY RESTAURANT NOT A HOLE IN THE WALL LITTLE RESTAURANT/BAR!! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED
