Banta's Steak & Stein

Providing quality food, wine and drinks at moderate prices has always been our primary consideration.

The secrets of our ever increasing success are very simple- we know:

How to Buy: Only the best USDA Choice western grain-fed cuts of beef that meet our rigid specifications are selected for Steak & Stein.

How to Age: Great time and care is taken to insure that the beef has been aged the proper amount of time to bring out its best flavor.

How to Cut: All our beef, chicken and fish are cut on premise by experienced meat cutters.

How to Broil: Our broiler staff is trained to cook your steak to one of seven degrees of doneness.

How to Serve: What sets the Steak & Stein above other steak houses is its attitude that you're a cut above the herd and ought to be treated accordingly. This is not only demonstrated in the food and atmosphere, but is most pronounced when it comes to service.

You'll discover Steak & Stein is fast becoming known for fresh fish, seafood, fresh chicken and pork as well as non-beef dishes-offering something for everyone, including the littlest dinner in the family.
