I beg to differ. I enjoy the positive uplifting atmosphere and friendly smiles at Bagel Express. The food is great and the service is exceptional. They offer a wide variety of choices (bagels, bagel sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, smoothies, DELICIOUS coffees, salads and soups). I would recommend everyone to drop in. They have a steady business of regulars and plenty of new people. (I am one of the regulars.) I have told my entire family of Bagel Express I am so impressed with it.

My girlfriend and I went to Bagel Express and the first time we came thru the drive thru, they forgot to put a sandwich in our bag. We went back thru and they had to make the second sandwich (a turkey on a sesame seed bagel) because they didn’t hear it when we ordered the first time. They were extremely rude and when we left I jokingly told my girlfriend they probably messed with her sandwich and to take a look before she ate it. She opened it up and looked at it and there was a curly hair in it! I went inside, furious, and talked to the owner who was angry with ME for accusing them of that! I left, went home and called the Health Department AND the Better Business Bureau and made two formal complaints about the incident. My girlfriend called to speak with the owner a few hours later when we had calmed down, and explained calmly that we had filed the complaints. After she finished talking he said very rude and filthy things to her. We were shocked! I grabbed the phone and told him the conversation was being recorded (even though it wasn’t). He promptly hung up. I am taking the time to wrtie this review because no one should ever eat at this restaurant or support them in any way.
