Look, their bagels are fine. Good even. But I'm not sure that they're real bagels. They're steamed, not boiled, and don't they have to be boiled to be bagels? I'm just saying...their sandwiches are fine, not spectacular, I like my bagel cream cheesed and with lox. Portions are good, but there's a lack of nutritional information even when you ask an employee. Nothing on their website about the nutritional value of anything... a bit disappointing there. Overall, I prefer Otto's this place has no ambiance whatsoever, and isn't really a place to hang out and eat. Here, I prefer to grab and go.
