a diner from Madison, WI
waitress treated us TERRIBLE/wouldn't serve/would hardly appear/wouldn't get bill causing us to be late for another engagement. 2 ppl of party reported this to owner. One girl who reported got phone call from BABES at 9 from manager.. then two more (unanswered) calls came in at 1030 and 1230 PM! (probably from disgruntled mgr or waitress?) Owner assured 2 ppl who reported the poor srvc that they'd get gift certs... NEVER received. upon calling was told by mgr in a rude tone that "they'd send them both to her address and she can give friend hers".. NEVER came.. very unbelieveable and rude. service is a joke/so is owner.
