Morgan Hill Restaurant Guide

My husband comes from Japan, and insists on eating at Japanese owned restaurants only. He says, Fusion restaurants ruin the culture and tradition Japan has to offer and gives the wrong impressions to Americans as to how Japanese food should be served.
After trying Aoi, my very picky eaters (kids) love this place, and will eat EVERYTHING here, unlike anywhere else including my own cooking. My husband absolutely loves the owner who makes him his favorite dishes that remind him of home, like Sukiyaki, Unagi, and Udon. The owner will also make special dishes on the house for those who appreciate and acknowledge REAL AUTHENTIC Japanese food.
I love how caring the waitresses are and so patient and kind to my children. They basically treat them as their own. I appreciate whenever my baby cries, I do not get any dirty looks and ask to leave, instead the waitresses try their best to make him happy! This wonderful restaurant is so welcoming, and although their exterior and interior presence does not seem the best... It is the food and service that keeps me coming back!
