Angelias Pizza

I have eaten at Angelia's many times since it opened and found it to be reasonably edible in the past (considering the options in Climax) but for the last year the food and service have been just terrible. To start with when you call to place an order it sounds like there is a war going on in the background (I am assuming this is due to the proximity of the phones to the kitchen?), then if they put you on hold they don't actually have a hold button so you get to listen to everyone's conversations as you are on "hold", and no matter what time of day it is they will tell you it will take 45 mins - an hour for delivery (and it actually takes that long). All of these things I could live with when the food was acceptable but almost everything I have ordered over the last year or so has mostly been terrible (some was not able to be eaten) and all of it has been at least inconsistent. I have had breadsticks arrive burned, gooey, and covered in so much garlic butter it was dripping out of the box. I have had seasoned wings covered in so much salt that they had to be thrown out and the pizza has become increasingly greasy.
With both Domino's and Papa John's both delivering to my house now (and within 30 minutes even at busy times) there will be no more Angelia's in my future!
