At the Brazilian barbecue visitors are presented with delectable cuts of rotisserie roasted meats, poultry and sausage carved tableside by servers dressed in authentic gaucho attire--all complemented by an extravagant 20-foot antipasto and salad bar. The Salems have hired award-winning Chef Dustin Varnell, formerly of the Wynn Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, as executive chef overseeing all of The Flame's culinary experiences.

Awful Experience! Meat with no flavor, dry, no sauce! Nothing! Its just a terrible experience!
To add to that, the manager on site, could not even handle the situation of our disappointment with professionalism and manner.
A total joke and rip off!
