This place was horrible. Typical chain at the mall fresh from frozen trash.
Waitress' couldn't be bothered but then again they are always busy so customer service doen't matter......
If you want to be treated like cattle then this place is for you.

For my 65th birthday, I selected the Alabama Grill for the occasion. I was very disappointed in my food selection. My mouth was watering for country fried steak. I selected the Big Texan which is Alabama Grills version of country fried steak. What a disappointment. It was totally tasteless. It appeared to be a prefabricated piece of meat that had been breaded and then frozen and then deep fried. The smashed potatoes were very sparing and cold. Alabama Grill needs to go back to the drawing board on this food item. What a way to spend your 65th birthday.

I ate at this restaurant not too long ago...ok it was a couple of months ago but anyways. I had the greatest waitress ever. She was so friendly and took great care of our table. I recommend that you eat here because it's a great place to eat. Hopefully you will get the same waitress i had.

Our hostess walked up drinking a soda and looking disgusted that we were there. The waiter came over quick enough and ask where we were from. When we told him we were local he looked disappointed and practically ignored our table the rest of the time. He constantly left our drinks needing refills. Seriously....we had to stare him down for him to come over and refill them. Which is bad considering we had what was supposed to be hot wings!! They were more vinegar than anything else. When the waiter did bring anything to our table he slammed it down and ran off without a word. The only thing that was good about the meal was the fried dill pickles and my husbands sweet tea. My soda was constantly flat! We even had to literally wave our check and credit card at him to get him to come get it. Then he was gone forever before he came back with our reciept. The only reason we went there is because Macaroni Grill had an hour wait and Alabama Grill was empty. Now I know why and I think I will wait the hour next time to go to Macaroni Grill or eat in the food court. I'm sure that would have even been better!!

I was completely disgusted at the treatment my family received at the Alabama Grill in Nashville. Once the hostess finally got around to greeting us--no kidding we waited 10 minutes just to be spoken to--she told us to wait while she checked on table availability. Here is the kicker, there had to have been 20 empty tables int he restaurant. When she came back she said one of the servers didn't want anyone else so it would be a twenty minute wait. I asked her as politely as I could at that point if we were inconveniencing her by being there. Her responce was "We close at 10:00." It was only 9:15 and on a Friday night no less. It had been my suggestion that we go there with our out of town guests. To say the least we left and went to Macaroni Grill where I had possibly the best dining experience of my life. Thank you Alabama Grill for treating your patrons so poorly! I had a great time at Macaroni Grill.

We were very very disappointed with the Alabama Grill in Nashville, TN. Not only were they out of half of the menu items, my order came out wrong twice. My husband had wanted T-Bone but they were out. He then chose pork chop - they were out. He settled for ribeye. His steak was great (the only saving grace of our entire dining experience). However, I ordered the regular (not petite) filet cooked medium but it came out well done. It looked like a flat, charbroiled hamburger pattie, not a filet mignon. It was sent back and 25 minutes later another was brought out. The second steak was medium well, not medium and the cook had prepared a petite not the reglar size. Also, our potatos were suppose to be "loaded" but there was very little cheese and no sour cream, chive or bacon on it. I had asked for the "additions" but they were not delivered to our table until the second steak was brought and by that time my husband had fnished his meal and my potato had gotten cold. The second steak was overcooked once again and it was the wrong serving size (petite, not regular). we were really becoming irritated that our order kept coming out wrong and the service was so poor. My husband did not have bread or salad with his meal (even though that was suppose to come with the meal), and I ended up not having any supper. We were not offered anything for our inconvenience, and even chared extra for the "UN-loaded" potato. We will not go back to Alabama Grill.
