Nestled within the center of activity, guests enjoy the private culinary oasis that is The Red Orchid Restaurant at V2O. Blanketed in rich shades of red, the restaurant is separated from the club by ornate Asian tapestries. Overhead, a bright red trellis dominates the space and compliments the room's golden landscape paintings. The cuisine is Pacific Rim, with specialties that include eclectic sushi, tender steaks, and succulent seafood entrees. The beverage menu features innovative martinis, specialty cocktails, a full California wine list and several brands of sake.

Please join V2O in welcoming our new executive chef Kim Finholt. Kim comes to us with an extensive culinary back ground most recently owning her own catering company in the palm desert area. Kim was raised in the Long beach and is excited to be back home. Her food is fresh, innovative, exciting and delicious. Her entrees offer contemporary presentation and style with a taste have you savor every bite.

V2O is a great space for private events with its 30,000 square feet of banquet space and state of the art sound and lighting system. V2O is also equipped with 3 72 inch plasma screens and 2 60 inch plasmas, which are perfect for DVD's, PowerPoint presentations and live video feed.
