My wife and I have been going to this Bailey's once a week for 3 years. I have always been very happy with everything except for the last several months. But today was the straw that broke the camels back.
The beer my wife was given was in a broken glass that broke off on her lip. While removing it from her lips she cut her finger on the glass. She received an appology and a fresh glass of beer, but that was it. My food was served cold, especially the fries, and the cake we took home was stale and unedible. We through it away.
The real insult was the management,,,,they had the aditude they where doing us a favor allowing us to dine there. It's time to move on.

Nice bar. Plenty of TVs. Food fits the bill. Fun evenings for the 20-39 crowd.

Poor service. Waitress has no respect for any customers. Disappointing trip. Used to be better with old managers and staff.
