I really never write reviews, but I have to say what a great experience I had planning a shower for my daughter. Our banquet coordinator Sharon helped us plan our event and I felt I never had to worry about anything. She made our day very stress free. She did everything asked of her and I got nothing but compliments from our guests about the food, the service and how beautiful the restaurant is. I plan to return for every special event because of this. If you are planning a significant event, please give this place a try and you will not be disappointed. I am not a difficult person to please, but I do want certain things my way. I was and am very pleased with the customer service regarding my many phone calls and want to thank 94 west restaurant and "Sharon" for making our day so very special.

Went to buffet the day after thanksgiving.
We have been going there for 3 years.
The food was plentiful the past years, and very tasty. Alway plenty of desserts.
The food this year was cold, small selection no desserts.
Many of the foods on the buffet were empty and when we asked when they would be available they said they were being made.
The management was very rude!
Very disappointed.
Will not return.

EXCELLENT green noodles like no other, excellent steak, great innovative soups. Love the sunday brunch too. One of my favorites on the south side.

absolutely love it. best restaurant by far!!
My fiance celebrated his Birthday and choose to dine at 94 west. About twenty minutes into our dining the fire alarm went off and the fire department arrived. I noticed everyone begin to leave and I approached a staff member and ask what is going on. She stated to me my waiter
would come over and explain everything to us. Our waiter never came to our table. A firefighter walk over and said we had to vacate the premises because they found levels of carbon monoxide in the kitchen. I was very dissapointed and felt the situation could have been handled in a more professional manner.
