ONE IS ALWAYS GREETED BY NAME IF YOU ARE A REGULAR, AND A BIG CHEERY HELLO AND SMILE. EVERY NEW EMPLOYEE IS ALWAYS THIS SAME WAY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD ANYTHING BUT FRIENDLINESS FROM ALL EMPLOYEES. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SERVE YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. ITS MY FAVORITE SPOT TO GO FOR MORNING COFFEE AND OFTEN FOR LUNCH. WE TAKE OUT OF TOWN VISITORS THERE. ITS THE BEST PLACE IN DOWNTOWN NAPLES TO ENJOY THE OUTSIDE ALL YEAR ROUND, DO THE CROSSWORD IN THE MORNING WITH COFFEE, AND WATCH PEOPLE GO BY. I HAVE MET PEOPLE FROM SEVERAL OTHER COUNTRIES WHO FIND THEIR WAY TO THIS FAMILY OWNED COFFEE SHOP. CAROLE FLANIGAN AND HER STAFF DESERVE ALL THE CREDIT FOR THE FUN ATMOSPHERE.
