would not serve a 40 year old customer because his ID was cracked. We left.

Not A Friendly Place! Food is Great, Prices are reasonable, Service is fine. The Owner acts like a Jerk and fights with customers.

That is a shame because the prior owner's staff was the best. Friendly, fun and most important great servers/bartenders. I have only been there once since it has been taken over. Met the new owner prior to him taking it over and he seemed like a really nice guy. After he totally took it over we went in there and he had a bit of an attitude. Not too much experience in the dining business

What a shame that the service has to put a damper on the food! I have gone back twice since my first experience to hope that maybe I caught them on an "off" night, but no such luck. The waitresses here make you feel like you are bothering them and that they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. The most recent experience when dining with a friend on a Wednesday evening with the restaurant not more than half full, everything was a chore for our waitress. She never came back and asked if we wanted coffee or dessert which we did, but instead just brought the check. I told her I would like hot tea and she just turned and walked away. When she brought back the tea, she put the corrected check down also. After I drank my tea, she then proceeded to clear the entire table and wipe it down and set it up for the next diners WHILE WE WERE STILL SITTING THERE! There were empty tables all around us so it's not as if they needed the table and no one was waiting to be seated. It was only 8:00 at night, too, so they weren't closing. I will never, ever return there and the general consensus upon telling others my experience was that they had the same experience and won't go back. Maybe they're still making money with their "faithfuls" but they could be making a lot more with some friendly waitresses. The food is good. I can't complain about that.
