Fabio and Max, two friends from childhood reached their dreams when they opened Tuscany Italian Bistro, in the heart of Hard Rock Seminole back 2004.

They combine the best of old and new Italian kitchen, to create a wonderful full-flavored and well-rounded menu... The light and airy dining room opens to a spacious patio with live music and water shows at the Hard Rock fountain that attracts an animated crowd of locals and tourists, both day and night.
