This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Austin and , it has the added bonus of being very close to our home!!! The food, service, ambiance and general experience are all wonderful!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Mediocre. Disappointing. Probably ok if you're drunk or want to fill up on soup. The sushi is not for people who know what good sushi tastes like. (It tastes like fresh raw fish.) I have never eaten in ANY restaurant with this level of service. The food was in a word...perfect.
Tried it once - won't go back. Sushi didn't seem fresh and the prices were high. Very slow service.

Best sushi in Austin. Wonderful, fresh fish. Imaginative rolls. Excellent. The Shogun roll is a must try. Sit at the sushi bar and enjoy a nice chat with the very nice sushi chef/owner. A little far south, but well worth the drive. There is never a wait as this is a well kept secret.
It was a really neat restaurant,though it's hard to find this place, but when you walk in, I thought I was somewhere in Tokyo !The have tatami there ... so you can experience how it's like sitting on your leg - if you are a female, and have your legs fall asleep on you ?! =) The overall customer ...

Heard about the place in austin.dining newsgroup. We went and were very impressed. The service is top-notch, California rolls were great, and the entrees we had were excellent. Highly recommended.
