We used Avanti to cater a big luncheon on campus, and you couldn't ask for anything better than Charlie and his team. He's so accommodating--just give him your budget, and he comes up with a plan. We had garden salad (which was just beautiful and full of color and flavor), chicken cacciatore, baked ziti, vegetable quiche (my fave!), and tomato lobster bisque, which was amazing. All the food was fantastic, and our guests were very impressed. Charlie is so nice to work with. We had a team of student ambassadors to be our servers. He took his time to explain to them exactly how to do everything, and he has such a wonderful way of teaching others. Our event was a hit because of the food!
