Great quiet locatation. The guacamole is really really good and fresh.
Chimis has fantastic food along with quick service. Every thursday they have Live Event Trivia which is really fun. You have to try the Fresca Salsa--its the best
I tried the carne asada tacos and they were delicious. And those margaritas mmmm mmmm mmmmm (and they kinda cheap)
The food is awful! I have never had a worse burrito in my life. I will never return.
We had the Shrimp Ceviche and I would highly reccomend it. If you are looking for something healthy and delicious at a Mexican restaurant you can't beat it.
In response to the review below, there is not a Chimi's located in Owasso. You must have eaten at a different restaurant. I eat at Chimi's weekly now that the restaurant is under new ownership. It was sad to see it being run into the ground over the years with the previous owners, but now Chimi's...
My favorite restaraunt in Tulsa! I love this place. The cheese dip is awesome!! There is another Arizona restaraunt in Broken Arrow where I live but this one is much better. I will drive across town for it.
Do not judge all Chimi's by the one in Owasso. It is horrible compared to the one at 15th and Peoria where I frequently eat lunch. I was excited when Chimi's came to Owasso but after I ate there a few times (I wanted to give it a chance)I was very very dissappointed!
We had dinner on Jan 13, 2008 at Monterey's Tex Mex the food was great, the portions were large the food was hot and the taste was very good, the people serving were very friendly.
Our experience was great! All 3 locations are under new ownership and it really shows. They have installed flat screen tv's and have completely remodeled restrooms at their 15th & Peoria location. Food and salsa is top notch. Had their Friday Special of Shrimp Enchiladas. Just like I remembered when...
One of, if not the BEST Mexican food in Tulsa. Cecila is one the nicest people we know and have become friends with her after going to Cancun for nearly 9 years. Best shrimp cocktail and sourcream enchilidas around. Try it you'll like it!!
This place rocks!!! The best value for food ever if you get "a little bit of everything" enough food for two people for $11. Also, the white queso cheese dip is so good you'll wanna buy more. It's not particularly clean... but it's not infested or anything like that. Just old. Very kid friendly and ...
Stopped in with friends for a spur-of-the moment dinner ay the South Lewis location. Everything was wonderful and our server was awesome.
Comfy, casual, relaxing atmosphere. Great service, good food, friendly staff. Going back soon!
Save your time and money for a better restaurant! My family's most recent dining experience at this restaurant was a real disappointment. We used to go here all the time until we moved out of state. When we recently moved back we knew we had to go back to what we had been missing out on. Boy, ha...
We arrived (party of three) at 11:30 a.m., finally ordered around noon. When our food was served they had replaced the rice with fried potatoes and appologized by saying that they had run out of rice. If that in fact was true, our server should have told us that when we ordered and offered us the ch...
The food and service were excellent. The salsa is the best I have ever had.
My husband and I went here to eat for lunch, and the food was awful, he ordered the 2 enchilada dinner and his was below average compared to the other Chimi's locations in Tulsa, I ordered a Chimichanga and it was suppose to have grilled pieces of fajita chicken, and it tasted like the chicken was b...
the only thing that is bad about Cancun is that parking spaces are limited but it worth the walk down the street to eat here. The food great and the price is very reasonable. The big burruitos they have are really good. You could almost share one of them David
Mexican? Hmmm.. only if you think Taco Bell is really something from "south of the border." Typical yellow cheese and hamburger fare, just another noisy Texican eatery with tacky plastic fountains.
