Tell me where there is a Rally's in Slidell and I promise , I will eat there everyday.
The Rally's on Gause Blvd. has a number of problems. Being business owners here in Slidell, we go out of our way to ensure that folks are happy on all levels. The short, dark, grey-shirt wearing manager there has a truly horrible attitude. Please understand that if this had only happened once or twice then you would have never heard from us but things are getting entirely out of control - right down to being made an #@! out of for sitting at one of the *order boxes* that is broken and never marked! Then watching them laugh at you inside making faces and passing comments. It is all we can do to not come through that little window to express our real feelings about this matter. It is so sad to see such horrible service continuing to go unchecked in such a wonderful community as Slidell. Truly a sad thing when you begin to realize the amount of money that this office alone spends each and every month at that location. We really do love your food and on a corporate level you have been great for this area - but it all comes down to the attitude that represents you in the window - and that is something we are getting a great deal of around here.
