Las Vegas Restaurant Guide

Born in Sicily, 1916 moved to Lebanon where she met her husband, the renowned Chef Eduard Haddad. After their wedding, they migrated to Santa Monica, California where Chef Edward was employed by the famous Beverly Hilton Hotel in the Escoffi er Room as their Sous Chef.

Mama Leonie's culinary experience was along side of her husband influenced in Italian and Lebanese cultures. Chef Edward, Mama Leonie and her three sons opened Bel Paese Restaurant in Los Angeles on Miracle Mile.

Through the years their sons have opened many well known restaurants such as Anthony's of Newport Beach. Their mother, Mama Leonie, was a great influence on the restaurants. They used her recipes in all three restaurants.

Just recently Mama Leonie celebrated her 94th Birthday, and asked her boys Omar and Anthony if they would like to open a Restaurant in Las Vegas. It is her dream for people all over the world to enjoy her recipes. She promises that whenever she is in the restaurant and customer orders the special Lebanese mixture coffee, she will read their cup.
