The staff is terrible, that is for sure. The house wine is garbage. the food is good, but they give you so much and over charge you for it. there is only so much pasta that you need to eat in one meal. be prepared to wait, and for it to be crowded.

Terrible service!!! From the hostess to the wait staff in the lounge and at the table. Good food, but not worth spending over three hours being treated like an uninvited guest.

Both the Leavenworth and La Casa west are THE place for pizza lovers. You must request the romano cheese... best pizza I ever had.
You WON'T be dissapointed! Now Leavenworth does get crowded at times... but it is SO worth it.

Never Go back again! and for all those who believe this is a great place to eat need to stop

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Huge portions. Plan on taking some home. The only down side is no reservations and if your not doing take out count on a wait.

We celebrated my retirement with a party in the Villa on Saturday November 6, 2004. From the inital arrangements to opening the door for me as I left the building after the party, the experience was wonderful. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating to adult and child alike The room decor and food was great and no-one left hungry. Many first timers at Lo Sole Mio said the food was great. Every entre was thoroughly enjoyed, the water glasses and coffee cups were never empty. Every guest had a great time. Cathy, thanks to you, Lo Sole Mio and the staff who treated us royaly. We have never been disapoimted at Lo Sole Mio, and we will return.

Excellent HUGE portions, but the hostess needs to lighten up! WHAT A CRAB! The waiters and waitresses were fine however.

Excellent food - from the bread and salad to the delicious pasta! Huge portions - plan to leave with a full meal for the next day!
