My main complaint is Rivera's policy of only one small complimentary serving (bowl/basket) of chips and salsa per table (regardless of the number of diners at the table, whether it's one or six). Requests for additional servings of chips and salsa adds a charge of $1.99 per serving to your bill...I asked to speak with the owner (who was on site) about the policy, however, he neglected to speak to or even acknowledge me...this is extremely rude and tells me the owner is aware this policy is out of touch with other dining establisments throughout the US and Mexico...Other than this inconvience the food is somewhat better than the so-called Mexican chain restaurants, the atmosphere is close-in (strip mall rental) and extremely loud,...
