After reading the artical of you locking in customers for not paying the tip. First let me say 17% for parties of 5 or more is robbery. And second the manager should have listened to them about bad service. I will make sure that I never darken your door step.

After hearing about the automatic tip SCAM, I will never eat there again. Pay your people a fair wage and stop ripping customers off in order to pay your staff. I guess the extra couple of dollars you got was worth all the lost customers and bad press huh- good move

i can not review this restaurant as i will never eat there. to set a manditory gratuity is uncalled for. if a customer does not feel their service warrants a certain percentage they sould have the opportunity to address the issue with management. remember the customer is ALWAYS right

Please DO NOT eat at this restaurant!!! Be forewarned- my family & I gathered for an evening of fish and to my shock, the staff was seriously just rude, our orders were incorrect, our drinks were not even refilled and the food was brought smelling like it was a week old Or something...

We COULD NOT believe what we were seeing, and to top that off, we witnessed the cook scratching his butt while cooking!!!

after hearing the story on the news that these people held hostage thier customers for not paying a tip...then called the cops on them....when they were willing to pay for thier meal....this is criminal....people...no one should have to pay for any more than what they are purchasing....which is food....not supporting the resturant owners....resturants have somehow legally bypassed the federal minimum wage law....and only pay thier employees is 2.13 cents..and expect the customers to pay twice... now who is ripping off the employee the customer or the owners....??.......somebody needs to be in prison for this.....I will never step foot in any resturant that forces any kind of tip...tips should never be demanded or expected...they are a privilage not a right.....you have already lost my business......you resturant people need to pay your employees....a fair salary and quit passing on your responsibilities to the customer.....this is your responsibility...not the customers...

I have never seen any restaurant that would copy another restaurant like La Fisherman copying Boiling Crab. I mean their menu was identical on menu items and pricing. Everything inside reminds you of Boiling Crab except they have bigger crawfish and the flavors are good but I still like BC better. Wonder if BC would sue them for copy infringement!
