Found this restaurant by accident on a trip to Dallas ~10 years ago, try to go every time I visit Dallas. Have never been disappointed.

I've been to all three locations but the one in Las Colinas is my favorite. The sushi is the best "melt-in-your-mouth" quality, the fried rice at the Japanese grill is to die for, AND this is the only location out of the 3 that has a Japanese Kitchen and you can get traditional items like Shabu Shabu. The head sushi chef, Tony, is hands down, the BEST sushi chef in Dallas. Sit at the sushi bar and ask for him and you'll see what I mean.

The other reviewer mentioned they loved the ambiance. Walking into this place is like stepping foot into a Japanese Denny's.
